The Logis Lugat, which overlooks the old Porte des Babouins, is an elegant 50 m2 flat in the heart of the town of art and history of La Réole, in a medieval house that has been renovated while retaining its authenticity. The 30 m2 bedroom, with fireplace and old parquet floor, plunges you into the charm of this noble house from the time of Louis XIV.

The 19 m2 living room kitchen, with oven, induction hob and dishwasher, will encourage you to savour the regional products of the Saturday morning market. In the courtyard, a barbecue and dining area allow you to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is accessed through a common room, with a washing machine, which used to be the weapon room of the soldiers who defended the town.

As soon as you enter, you are immersed in the charm of this medieval town.

At the foot of the house is the magnificent lavoir de la Marmory with its pool. The Garonne and the swimming pool (open July/August) are at walking distance, respectively 200 and 600m away and the Fontet harbor and lake are 3.5km away, making it the perfect destination for a short cycling tour.
